The Kway here is pretty soft and the texture is quite smooth,
which is what I like when I eat Kway Chap.
The intestines are cleaned quite well and it doesn't have any weird smell/taste left over,
the meat is also quite tender.
The sauce is not overly salty, so you can pour more into the bowl of kway.
