The beef tendon is soft and tasty.
We ordered the dry version, and the beef were soft and the marinated really well.
The sauce however is not super fantastic, but overall is still pretty good.
The soup they serve here has a slight herbal taste,
so it might be slightly different to other beef soups, but it still tasted good.
The price is also not that expensive... and the amount of meat they give for $4 is quite generous.
