Myeongdong Gyoja (명동교자)

If you have been to Myeong-dong, I'm sure you've heard of Myeongdong Gyoja(Gyoza), it is a very famous noodle restaurant that has been operating for over 40 years. Their handmade Kalguksu noodles is served in a deep and flavorful broth. And of course they are also famous for their mandu.

Sidenote: the Kimchi they serve here is ridiculously spicy. I was wondering why they gave so little, but once you take a bite, omg. If you like your soup spicy, put the kimchi into the soup. You can ask for more kimchi of course, and rice is free flow too, although finishing the bowl of noodles is more than enough.
