The place itself is quite hidden (it is on the second floor) and it might take awhile to look for, especially if you do not know the kanji of the shop's name. Sushi Daiwa (大和寿司)

Located in the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo Japan, there are 2 very famous sushi restaurant in Tsukiji, Sushi Dai, which is ran by the father, and Sushi Daiwa, which is ran by the son. You cannot go wrong with either of these restaurants, but sushi Daiwa has a slightly shorter queue than Dai. You still got to wait for about an hour to get in, unless you are alone, which will get you a seat fairly quickly.
