Lao Jiang Superior Kway Teow Soup

Lao Jiang Superior Kway Teow Soup (老江一品粿条汤) is 1 of my favorite places for Kway Teow Soup, coming from Malaysia, there are 2 branches(that I know of) that opened in Singapore, one opened at 2 Cheong Chin Nam Road, and the other at the coffee shop located at Blk 107, Hougang Ave 1, S(530107). The one I go to regularly is the one at Hougang.

Seafood Kway Teow Soup

Instead of pork and meatballs, the seafood version substitutes them for fish slices and fishball. 

Superior Kway Teow Soup

The original version has lots of ingredients, which includes:

Prawn, Abalone, Fishball, Meatball, fish cake, pork rind and pork slices... and only cost $4!

The kway teow is really silky smooth, and the soup is really really tasty.

They also sell many other dishes, but every time I'm there,

I always go for the superior kway teow soup.
