Morton's The Steakhouse

Since it's the 50th post of Promfret Eats I figured I'll go with something special, so here is Morton's The Steakhouse. If you are a steak lover and never been to Mortons, well I question how big a steak lover you are. Morton's is located on the 4th Floor of Mandarin Oriental at 5 Raffles Avenue.

1/2 Dozen Oyster

Baked Five Onion Soup

Filet Mignon

Ribeye
(The ribeye was cut into 2 to share)

Spinach & Mushrooms

Raspberry Souffle

The Steaks here are perfect. They are cooked perfectly, is ridiculously juicy and really tender. Their Ribeye is possibly the juiciest Ribeye you can find in Singapore. The Ribeye isn't that fat too as opposed to some other places in Sg which just makes it perfect.
The Filet Mignon is not as fat as the Ribeye, but considering it is the best cut of beef you can get, it is really tender. Heavenly. You have to go and try it for yourself because words cannot describe it.
Morton's has fantastic service. The waiter assigned to my table was fantastic.
The only problem here is that it is ridiculously expensive, but the food and the service will ensure that you will come back again.

Ratings:

Price: >100 SGD per person

Will I come again? Yes, but only on special occasions, because it is pricey.
