The wantons here are fantastic. There are big pieces of prawns in it. The prawns are really fresh and gives the wanton a strong prawn favor. The noodles are cooked perfectly, they are firm but not too crunchy(aldente). The broth is tasty and is not salty. The beef brisket and beef tendon here is cooked to perfection, it is soft and is braised in a very good braising sauce. I saw quite a few other customers ordering the dried version.
